We want to thank you all for the incredible hospitality you have shown the RSO in the past few years. We are so grateful for all your kindness and everything you have done for us, this year especially with two events. It is truly a pleasure to be able to perform in the Mosey Gym. The acoustics are remarkable. And, the brass concert we had at Holy Family, again, wonderful acoustics and a beautiful setting. In the rehearsals and the performances, Rudy was great for us to work with. Everyone we come into contact with is terrific. And, our audience is now really beginning to understand the great advantages the Gym has. It is a very intimate setting with the audience all around the orchestra. It is a completely different type of musical experience for everyone that we all enjoy. We truly appreciate what you have done for us and the continued relationship between the Richmond Catholic Community and the RSO. It is something we enjoy and value so much.
The first St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish pictorial directories have arrived. Participating households may pick up their copies after all the Masses this weekend, October 7-8, 2017.
This weekend is the last opportunity to sign up after Mass for the pictorial directory photo sessions taking place June 6 through June 24. Beginning Monday, May 29th, all sign-ups will be done online — or — by calling Karen Ruhl to schedule your appointment. There are plenty of open times, but do not delay. Has your address or phone number changed recently? Please review your listing in the 2016 Catholic Directory. If there has been a change to your contact information, please contact the Catholic Office immediately. When the new pictorial directory is printed we want it to include the most current information. The goal is to have all materials submitted to Lifetouch before mid-July. Any parishioner submitted photos and releases must be received by July 1st.
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish is preparing its first Pictorial Directory. Individuals and families may register online now by clicking the sign-up image to the left. The site will be suspended each Saturday morning and will be reopened late Sunday afternoon until May 29th. During the offline times, you will be able to reserve your photo session after Mass. Volunteers Needed Too! Many volunteers will be needed to make this a successful project. Help is needed after all Masses beginning the weekend of April 22/23 through May 28/29 to sign up individuals and families for photo sessions. Additional volunteers are needed to serve as greeters and provide some clerical support during the photo sessions. There will be 15 days of photography and we are looking for a minimum of 60 shifts (2 volunteers per shift, 2 shifts per day). Students and parents looking for service hours for the upcoming school year are welcome. Volunteers should be able to write legibly. Karen Ruhl has volunteered to oversee this project and will be available for support during the registration and photography sessions. If you would like to share your time and talent, please contact Karen at 977-9704 or ruhlette@gmail.com. If you have trouble reserving a photo session date online, please call Karen.
